Brandon E. Beal is the CEO and agency manager of Beal Financial Group, a company that works closely with large insurance marketing organizations to hire and train agents. They are driven by National Agents Alliance, and Brandon explained in an interview, “with approximately 150 employees at the home office in Burlington, NC we provide a proven sales system, state-of-the-art lead program, act as liaison to our carriers, and provide the assistance needed for our agents to receive the training they need for success. The Alliance currently has agents in all 50 states and is dedicated to putting clients first.” And Brandon keeps making moves. As recently as last June, he secured another partnership with Integrity Marketing Group, a five-billion-dollar company that is the nation’s largest independent distributor of life and health insurance products.
Owning a business and managing key affiliations required a vision for future growth. Brandon assures that consistent improvement is crucial. He states, “if you, as the leader, do not get better, your business will die. Keep wanting to get better, do not become complacent.” Earning over six figures in a single month is just the beginning for Brandon and his team. He envisions the next five years as the time for him and his wife to become multiple seven-figure earners within their company and for him to rise to a managing partner within Integrity. Additionally, he hopes for the success of not only himself but also his agents and clients. A future milestone will be “having mentored a minimum of 100 licensed agents who have earned seven figures. That is something. It is one thing to do it yourself. It is another when you help others attain it.”
The future Brandon foresees is fueled by his ambition and fortitude. He closed by enforcing that, “My competitive drive and innate nature tell me to win! Win at all costs. There are no tomorrows. There is no I will do it later. I have come to understand that we do not have time. We think we do, but once you have done the math, you too will come to the realization that we just do not. My sense of urgency to become the best version of myself is unparalleled.”
