They say that opposites attract. Perhaps nowhere does this ring truer than when it comes to the polarizing energies of the masculine and the feminine – forces that can be particularly important in creating long-lasting relationships and wealth.
According to The Infinite Couple, Baba Richard and Sri Namaste Moore, differences between men and women are to be celebrated, not erased. After 18 successful years together, the duo has built on their experience of creating a blended family – with eight adult children – to help couples find a path to “sacred love, business growth, and spiritual alchemy”.
“The whole is more than the sum of its parts with respect to the masculine and the feminine,” says Richard. “Women and men both bring different strengths to the table. We need to look at this as a positive rather than try to eliminate our differences or blur these lines into sameness or homogeneity,” he adds.
Two Parts Of A Larger Whole
The Moores embrace the divine masculine and the divine feminine as complementary forces that are the key to successful romantic and business relationships. Over the years, they have helped couples to explore this polarity to make life-changing transformations that lead to deep fulfillment and self-actualization.
“There is no competition between the masculine and the feminine, only misunderstanding of each other’s roles and position,” Namaste says. “I am the voice of the feminine and Baba Richard is the voice of the masculine. And when we speak, there’s both the feminine and the masculine perspective. And you need these two polar energies to create anything.”
Both Richard and Namaste believe that today’s world has moved too far from honoring these two opposite energies, often pitting them against each other. To highlight their point, they speak about ‘heterophobia’ – the fear, dislike, and prejudice against the differences between men and women.
The Infinite Couple does not see the emerging lack of distinction between the roles of men and women as serving either of the sexes. “Feminism wants to see women fulfilled, but its core belief that men are the issue actually creates more of a problem,” Namaste says.
“Numerous studies have shown that women have come a long way in terms of making money, and having more access to education and independence. But when you look at their emotional and mental health, and level of actual fulfillment, it’s getting worse at a younger age,” she continues.
“On the other side of the spectrum, men are no longer sure what is acceptable,” says Richard. “This sums up what is holding men and masculinity back in so many areas. It’s fear and apprehension. These days, men don’t worry only about being disrespected or rejected. They worry about being sued.”
Touching Base
Richard and Namaste believe that a communication breakdown stands at the core of misunderstanding between men and women when it comes to relationships and business. Their decades of corporate experience – Richard as a Diversity Manager and Namaste as an HR Manager – as well as their vast knowledge of spiritual and consciousness leadership, has shown them that men and women cannot speak different languages, refuse to understand each others’ language, and expect to understand each other.
“Communication means a lot more than just talking. It means ‘to connect’. The majority of communication isn’t done through words, it’s done through body language, tone of voice, and behavior. This is why communication exercises – which we call ‘communication praxis’ are crucial. Praxis means practice and what you practice you get better at,” Richard says.
According to the Moores, the trick is learning what is actually being conveyed by the other person, instead of projecting meaning on what is being said. Namaste says that this is particularly important when it comes to wealth creation. “Men and women all too often fail to understand each other when it comes to business. Too many people think the solution is for men to stay quiet, and it’s not.”
Lending A Helping Hand
The Moores use communication between the sexes as the running theme in their programs. They also have a gift of throwing light on complex spiritual teachings so they can be applied in today’s world. And their message is being heard – they have helped countless couples around the world to elevate their relationships and businesses to a new level.
The Infinite Couple sees the continual nurturing of a relationship as essential to reducing the rate of “gray divorce”, or divorce among older couples in long-term relationships.
“We build a new spiritual body every 6 to 12 months. So it’s normal that there is a gradual drifting apart,” Namaste says. “It’s important that we all know how to address this. People need to be married to each other. Not to the vision or the image. Whatever’s more important than the marriage will destroy it.”
Another of the couple’s programs is the Couple Unification Prototypes Modality, or the CUP Quest, which looks at eight different relationship archetypes based on famous couples such as Jackie Kennedy and JFK, and Marge and Homer Simpson. After revealing your archetype, the program explores what could be holding you back from “marriage bliss, business mastery, and limitless abundance”.
And then there is their star offering – the Newest Dating for Marriage Masterclass LIVE – a program that shows the Infinite Couple’s innovative approach to dating. Significantly, the program guarantees that participants will be engaged within a year. “We have also had success stories after just six or eight months,” Namaste says.
“We know what it takes to navigate the dating scene. Most people date and kind of hope that they will end up married,” Namaste continues. “We say that you have to date with intention. And if you go into it with your best face forward, ask the right questions, and follow our program, there won’t be any need for blood sacrifices to get where you want to be.”
Prioritizing Relationships
According to the Infinite Couple, making your relationship a key focus is paramount when it comes to creating long-lasting and happy unions. “Whether you’re single, just married or you’ve been married for decades, we can help you create a deeply fulfilling relationship that invokes your gifts and amplifies your talents,” says Namaste.
“I see way too many people let their lives get in the way of happiness,” Richard adds. “Thinking, ‘when I’m making enough money, after I get my degree, when I get over the next horizon, then it’s going to happen for me’. And what we teach them is to just flip that telescope and make love a singular focus. From this, all the things you’re trying to achieve will become much easier.”
