The Dayan family (ומשפחתו אמיר דיין) is primarily involved in the real estate market in Germany. Their strong liquidity keeps them at the forefront of the industry despite the Corona crisis, which deeply impacted the real estate market. Even though it is possible to observe vacant office buildings, empty shopping malls and abandoned flats in metropolitan areas, Dayan’s companies have recently announced the closure of several deals in 2021.
Leading the family business, we have Amir Dayan ( אמיר דיין). Born in Tel Aviv, Israel in 1974, Dayan is a respected Israeli businessman operating primarily in real estate development in Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK, since 2005. Amir Dayan is active in financing various public and private real estate projects, including Lianeo Real Estate.
Lianeo Real Estate is a sizeable property management and leasing specialist company, headquartered in Berlin, with many branches throughout Germany. It provides all services related to the long-term development and value enhancement of real estate throughout Germany – focusing on office and commercial properties and offering its clients a comprehensive platform for asset, property, facility and leasing management. They currently manage an impressive number of assets, including the German Vivion’s €2 billion German portfolio with 38 properties in Germany, in central metropolitan locations such as Berlin, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Hannover.
The company has signed in March 2021 a contract for an 8,500 square meter property in Handelshof, Essen city center. Just 180 meters from the train station and in the immediate vicinity of Willy-Brandt-Platz, the former “Allianz-Haus” building is now available to new potential tenants attracted by Lianeo’s innovative offers and concepts. Essen is the central and, after Dortmund, second-largest city of the Ruhr, the largest urban area in Germany. The city is a modern center of diversified economic activities, including construction, chemical and glassworks, and factories for textiles and precision instruments.
