For me, fitness is not just physical well being but also mental well being. Working out helps have more energy for everything else I do and it has created a discipline in me that has improved other aspects of my life.“
Talking about her diet, She says, “I don’t have an extreme diet plan, it’s moderate and it allows me to enjoy eating the food that I love. It’s necessary to not go into the extremes or people start feeling like fitness is an obligation and then it they feel like giving up.”
