With the success of his marketing company, he was able to start investing in things like e-commerce, stocks and cryptocurrency. Through a combination of intuition and research, he was able to see an avg of over 80% return on investment in these sectors, bolstering his net worth to new heights, becoming a crypto and USD millionaire in the matter of a year.
Michael Valor knew that the next most logical step would be to start investing in real estate. However, the barrier to entry to becoming successful in real estate is not just having the money to invest… It also takes great negotiating skills, finding the best deals, formulating creative financing strategies and having a solid team to help push the deals through with the intentions of improving current operations in order to secure a better performing asset.
Michael leveraged his wealth, his team and his strategy to acquire $3 million in profitable real estate deals in Q3 alone of 2021. When asked about his early success he says, “I’m only getting started, the idea is to get good at these real estate deals in order to move into development. Building has always been a passion of mine. Watching a project come to life from raw land is the next step.”
