We Have often heard about inspiring stories that have motivated the world to believe in a better tomorrow. Stories are the backbone of mankind. If the world never had stories to share, one would know nothing about the great works of humans in the past. Today, we uncover a story that inspiring in every way. It can be argued that every man can change easily but walking on the path to change is the most difficult part of anyone’s life. Faisal shaksheer, The sales Director at VistaJet narrates his story of change and how his life turned towards the better eversince he made some great calls in his life.
Faisal Shaksheer is a an extremely successful corporate leader. He has been in the aviation industry for over a decade but Faisal takes us to the roots of his career choices and how he landed up being where he is today.
Faisal was a young timid kid, who was often subject to bullying in his school days which left him scared for a major period of his life. As the glorious saying goes, “once a coward, Always a Coward”, Faisal wanted to be the one to break this stereotypical approach towards life. Faisal wasn’t a coward in his life but he considered himself as someone who wasn’t ready to pick his fight at that age. A major part of his transitional journey lies in his path to change. When one sees only thorns along the way, one is not left with many options, Either you walk on it or change the course. Faisal did something incredible. He walked on those thorny roads of his life being subject to bullying while preparing himself everyday to become stronger. He didn’t dodge the route, he just made the route more glorious than it could have ever been. Faisal Shaksheer took up kickboxing and spent majority of his time training. Everyday he trained, he felt stronger and he felt invincible.
Trying to be a different and a strong man was absolutely a difficult task for Faisal considering the baggage of bullying he always carried but he never digressed from his track. He always told himself that one day the world will respect him for what he is and not bully him anymore.
He trained and later went on to become The national kickboxing champion in 2002 in Jordan. This Journey was worth a wonderful mention.
Faisal said, “If you are in any trouble and you see an easy solution, Thats never the way you must opt for”. Nothing worthwhile was every achieved by just easy Soultions. In Faisal’s story we find the motivation to stick to our cause regardless the situation. A revision of something we are all aware off but always fail to practice, “Its not over till its over”.
