It’s the reason why you were put on this earth, at this time. For you to really understand your life‘s purpose and come into agreement with everything that the universe has destined for you, it’s essential that you get the foundations right.
Heal your hurts
Amy Bingham, owner of Lean Into Your Glow LLC, energy healer and motivational speaker, says that she experienced firsthand the healing power of vibrational energy. Bingham tragically lost her 17-year-old son to suicide. She was left devastated and depressed. In an attempt to pick up the pieces of her life, Amy Bingham turned to energy healing. After only one session of ‘cell cleansing’, she felt the “trauma and negative emotions being released.”

Increase your vibration frequency
Bingham says there are some simple actions you can take to raise your vibration frequency and begin to manifest good in your life:
Gratitude is one of the most powerful emotions in your arsenal. Not only does gratitude change your neural pathways, but it also dispels the possibility of you feeling depressed, jealous or angry at the universe. One of the most tried and tested methods is to use a gratitude journal. This involves reaching for your journal last thing in the day and noting down at least three things that spark gratitude. This practice shifts your life perspective and creates positive energy.
Generosity is a seemingly contradictory quality. When we are in a low vibrational state, feeling a whole host of negative emotions and are reaching out for the universe to bring something better into our lives, it’s very tempting to become self-centred, needy and possessive over the little that we seem to have. However, this is actually the opposite of what we should do. If you want to negate negative emotions, expand your life and open yourself to positive emotions, you have to be willing to be liberal and lavish. This means giving instead of taking, sharing instead of withholding and being vulnerable instead of being shut off. Generosity can be demonstrated through material objects but also in giving your time, energy and effort to support others. When you invest in others, you eventually become a beneficiary.
Love is the quality that is venerated in every society on earth, and for good reason. When we focus on the love that we have for people in our life, it begins to fill our hearts with peace, our minds with ease, and our souls with joy. Love is the absence of hate; it is pure, selfless and the ultimate expression of the higher self. This powerful emotion can help you to quickly increase your vibrational frequency and enter a state where you begin to manifest good and positive events in and around your life.
