Bhupendra Singh Rathore, also known as BSR, is India’s leading motivational speaker and business coach. In a recent turn of events, he is joining the board of advisors of Alphalogic Techsys Limited from the 1st of September.
Over the past 10 years, BSR has consulted over a 1,000 SME owners and coached them over a period of six months to two years. He has also addressed more than 350,000 people in over a thousand talks and seminars across the country.
When asked about what made him join the company’s advisory board, BSR is very clear. “They have customers who have stayed loyal for seven years, nine years. This speaks of quality and vision. Their past growth, grip over technology, and the satisfaction level of their clients gave me confidence that this company will definitely grow by leaps and bounds. And that is why I thought of joining this organisation,” he says.
Incorporated in 2008, the bespoke software consulting firm has had a bootstrapped and profitable journey of its own so far. The Pune based company has grown 120 percent in the last year alone, and has recently announced its Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) startup platform. “Everyone wants to be a part of the Nifty, the BSE share market sensex,” BSR says.
Started by Anshu Goel, Alphalogic has till date delivered over a hundred products to clients ranging from early stage startups to Fortune 500 companies. Alphalogic has an ever growing client base in 12 countries, including the US, Australia, and the UK.
BSR thinks highly of Anshu’s mettle as an entrepreneur. “Once I got to know Anshu, I can see Alphalogic grow a 100 times over the next 10 years. He is passionate, hardworking, and hungry for growth,” BSR says. An IPO will enable Alphalogic to raise capital through equity infusion, and such growth just might be underway.
He clarifies that it is loyalty that makes some businesses prosper year after year, recession after recession; while some businesses fail even when all the conditions are favourable. “The loyalty that your customers and employees share with you is your biggest strength. I have seen the list of Alphalogic’s customers, and their customers are truly loyal, including some who have stayed with them for 8-10 years,” he says.
Stressing on the need for having a clear vision and sharing it with the team, BSR says, “when everyone values the organisation, the organisation automatically grows. But then all of them will value the organisation only if the organisation has a vision, and it is able to share this vision with its employees. This is what I intend to do at Alphalogic.”
“My speciality is in shaping the organisation with a long term vision. My primary job is to push the board to think not just for a year or two, but at least a quarter century in advance,” he adds.
With Alphalogic announcing its IPO, the company expected to triple its workforce by 2020. It also plans to get listed in the BSE main exchange in the next two years, besides expanding its business and clientele across geographies.
“Alphalogic is built on rock solid foundation. It has a committed leadership and team, and a very dedicated and ever growing clientele,” he adds. “The company is surely poised to become the next IT giant from India,” he signs off.
