Justin Townsend grew up in the Silicon Valley Bay area in a middle-class family. He lived in apartments and took public transportation. When he started high school in Mountain View California, he noticed his classmates from the hills already had their own BMW’s and Mercedes’ to drive to school while he was stuck taking the bus. This became a motivator for Justin, and pushed him to start working hard.
Justin set his sights on becoming a rapper. He found he had talent, but wasn’t able to make the money he wanted; however, he was able to start building a network within the industry. Taking a break from rapping, Justin moved on to the cannabis industry, where he started seeing some success. Over time, he was offered a position at a marketing company called California Finest.
Making a name for himself at the new company, Justin would eventually become the VP of sales. Through his connections there, he created friendships with celebrities, athletes, business owners and entrepreneurs. He was given the opportunity to travel across America and attend numerous trade shows and festivals, where he started hosting major events. Justin would go on to host festivals for High Times Magazine with attendances of over 30,000 people. He started working directly with major artists like Nas, 50 Cent, Ludacris, and many more. Growing his audience through his stage appearances, Justin was able to brand himself and became a massive success through business endeavors and entertainment opportunities.
