Randall Scott Maurais, better known as the artist Randeazy, grew up in the capital of the Dominican Republic, Santo Domingo. From a young age, Randeazy has always been around music. It’s always been a part of his life.
At around the age of 10, Randeazy moved to the United States. He began finding his stride in music when his friends invited him to come to their studio. From the moment Randeazy began recording, he knew he wanted to make music.
Inspired by artists like 50 cent, and Joyner Lucas, Randeazy is on a mission to reach others through his music. He said, “whether it’s sad, getting amped, or giving out, I just want people to feel what I’m pouring into my music.”
Along the way, Randeazy has met artists like Fat Boy SSE, Cardi B, and Tony Yayo, who have given him valuable advice on his journey in the industry.
Randeazy is currently balancing out his life as an artist with his life as a father. Something that he finds challenging at times. He said, “balancing being a father and an independent artist can be tough. I don’t have a team behind me. Just my fans, friends and family continuing to support me and putting my music out there.”
Randeazy’s music has been streamed thousands of times across all platforms. His songs “PESOS” and “CareLess” started to create buzz in the northeast area of Massachusetts, which helped him to gain some traction around the area. With new music on the way, expect Randeazy to do something big soon.
