Independent artists are on the rise across the world, and New York is no exception. Yonkers, New York native Maxx Paradox has recently jumped onto the rap scene, and is already finding a wave of early success. Releasing his first project in 2018, Maxx tells us he is starting to take music more seriously in recent months, and the success speaks for itself.
Maxx Paradox, although still early in his career, has had the opportunity to perform at legendary New York venues, and even open for the late Juice WRLD, one of Maxx’s biggest inspirations. His social platforms have grown to over 45,000 followers and his music streams are already beyond 6 figures despite having a small discography. His music’s mass appeal and relatability have been a driving force in his swift growth.
Finding himself recording in professional New York City studios, Maxx Paradox has been working on a new project: an EP titled “Lost”. The project is set to come out this summer, and is currently in its final stages of production. Maxx promises to show a new side of him, displaying vulnerability and emotion in the project’s musical content. Maxx hopes to positively impact his fans and new listeners, and is excited to share his work with his community.
