A global survey has highlighted that a lot of people are now making appeals in courts against the coronavirus lockdown fines. Due to the COVID-19 spread, governments across the world introduced certain rules and fines to avoid people from leaving their homes.
Although people were only allowed to leave their homes in the case of seeking essential services, a lot of them faced the brunt of police personnel on leaving their homes even for valid reasons. The survey highlights that a high fine was imposed on people who were out of their homes for fulfilling parental responsibilities.
In addition to this, many people also dealt with a huge fine even when they were out due to individual circumstances during the coronavirus lockdown. It is also noted that many employers fired their employees due to the economic downturn. In order to seek justice, employees are now appealing in the courts against the actions of employers.
It is observed that a lot of people are now hiring appeal lawyers to get the job done in a feasible manner. And they are now seeking the help of online services to obtain positive results. Currently, people are not having enough money to bear extra expenses and hence they are filing their civil lawsuits to protect their fundamental rights.
A lot of people have admitted that traffic police imposed a heavy fine on them even when they were outside for some emergency tasks. Even people are sharing pictures of their heavy fines on their social media accounts to gain some support from others.
