Things are looking good for rising talent Tsunari in the Thai Hip-Hop community. Coming off of a name change from “Sunaree” to “Tsunaree”, the young artist is creating new beginnings for herself, and is already seeing fruit from her labor. Having released two professionally produced singles in 2020, she has been met with wide acclaim so far.
Having just released the music video for her track “Mula”, Tsunari is seeing support for her music coming in in heaps. After the first week alone, her music video has done well over 100,000 views, and the song itself is featured on the Spotify-curated playlist New Era: Asian Hip-Hop.
With new music projects in the works, rumoured to be releasing “really soon”, Tsunari plans to continue using her music platform to share her story and inspire others. Coming from a diverse background and being half Thai and half Trinidaddian, the young talent has experienced bullying and discrimination growing up in Thailand. Yet, despite her hardships she has persevered, with her mission being to help others who feel like they don’t fit in, and inspire them to believe that they can accomplish anything as long as you believe in yourself. With Tsunari’s platform continuing to grow, we can expect great things coming in the future from this talented young artist.
