- Patience: Chef Faisal who founded ‘Chef Faisal Consultancy’ and guides more than 100 restaurants in KSA and Bahrain says, “a lot of times, while learning and preparing new dishes, things would go wrong. Patience is what made me get through that demanding time.” Patience is of paramount importance everywhere. From a mother putting a child to sleep to an organization going through a rough time with delayed salaries, patience and restraint is needed at all times, believes Chef Faisal.
- Adaptability: The world and it’s ways are dynamic and it is extremely important to have adjustability and the willingness to modify.
