Umut Gundogdu, popularly known as TheUmutmusic, is a multi-talented artist known for his work in the music and the film world. He is working exceptionally hard to reach new heights in the entertainment world. The artist is turning his dreams into reality by improving the presence of his company, NSE Entertainment.
Born on January 10, 1986, in Eskisehir, Turkey, TheUmutmusic’s music talent was noticed by his music teacher. After this, he started taking part in music during his school time. Post the completion of his higher studies, Umut joined Anadolu University to learn more about music.
During his university time, Umut started learning to make real demos and he rented studios to hone up his live performing skills. He even had to do a job at a local Copy Center to survive on his own. In 2007, the music artist joined the Rap/R&B group, Barakabeat with his brother Ufuk and he traveled in different parts of Turkey with Barakabeat.
The two started receiving attention in Turkey due to their exceptional musical work and they released 2 albums as well as many singles under the Barakabeat name. However, TheUmutMusic faced hurdles while making solo English hip-hop/R&B album in Turkey.
Umut moved to the Netherlands in 2011 to improve his musical techniques and explore new opportunities. There, he released two singles “One Love” and “Bounce”. Soon, he along with his brother started to gain interest in filmmaking and editing. After mastering video editing and other technical areas of the entertainment industry, TheUmutMusic started his independent music label and video production company, NSE Entertainment.
In 2018, TheUmutMusic moved to the US and wandered in many US states to learn about the music industry. He started learning about Advanced Filming at Digital Film Academy in Manhattan in 2019. Recently, he produced and directed his two music videos titled, “Desire” and “With You”.
TheUmutMusic is doing well in the entertainment industry and producing unique work to win the Grammy Award. He has come up with his new release titled “Hope” which is receiving a positive response from listeners.
