After the recent releases of tracks Hola! and Night Sky, Brooklyn artist Case. is prepping to release a brand-new project. Taking his sound in a new direction, the project, REER – EP, showcases growth in the rising artist, both personally and musically. By embracing more influences from his hometown of Brooklyn and taking his approach to music much more serious, Case. is ready to evolve into the rising star he truly is.
The now 22-year old rapper, born Casey Incle, has had a full load of responsibilities in recent years. At age 19, Incle was deployed for a tour with the U.S. military in Afghanistan in 2019. Upon his return, Incle discovered a new appreciation for each day he is able to experience, and it is reflected in his new music. “I felt like if I came home from [Afghanistan] I can do anything,” recalled Incle. “With hard work and a great team, anything is possible.” The inspiration for the music Incle is making under as Case. Came from a feeling that he could inspire with his message the same way he was inspired by rappers like Jay-Z and Nas.
Even while balancing his military life, his education, and his personal life, Casey Incle is still making time to create as the artist Case.. The creative outlet he has found as Case. has become an opportunity for Incle to find new experiences all while working to spread a message to everyone willing to listen.
