Dylan Caudullo was born and raised in Pennsylvania. His father abandoned him and his mother before he was even born. Not having a father figure definitely impacted his life. He grew up in poverty surrounded by negative people who influenced him to take the wrong path. At only 15 years old, Dylan became addicted to drugs, but ever since he was a kid, he has been hungry for success. When he turned 17, he not only consumed drugs, but he also started selling them. He moved out of his family’s house and at only 19 years old, he was arrested for drug use and peddling.
Although this experience was a hard lesson, it did not discourage him from wanting to achieve his goals. In fact, this experience made him realize he needed to change his life, and it motivated him to completely transform his mentality. He started reading personal development books and listening to podcasts. He realized he needed to master sales in order to become successful and influential. He got a sales job and started his journey. Although he was motivated to grow and master sales, he was a shy young man and it was challenging when he first got started.
With the money he made after working at his first sales job for a couple of months, Caudullo decided to hire his first mentor who transformed his life. He then built and sold his first marketing agency within six months. He moved from Pennsylvania to a luxurious penthouse in California where he spends his time growing every day. He now earns a consistent commission of at least $20k USD a month. He truly believes sales is the road to financial independence and that is the reason why now he mentors people on how to master this skill.
Dylan believes the key to success is discipline, commitment, and the desire to succeed. “Anybody can achieve success no matter their background, upbringing, or struggles. If they are committed, success is simply inevitable,” says Caudullo. Keep in mind, anybody can teach you the necessary skills to achieve anything you want, but success will not come to you until you make space for it. You have to make the decision to succeed and you have to commit to achieving what you want.
