For a proper communication to be possible, a consultant should be able to think from the perspective of a businessperson. For Prashant Gupta, being a digital marketing consultant was a cakewalk, considering his past history as a businessman who has had pretty good dealings with customer management and satisfaction.
Prashant is an entrepreneur, digital marketing consultant and producer from the city of Mumbai. He has been investing in his business from the age of 17 and has been successful in providing the best services to his clients, the aftermath of which his business flourished. He was quite into creating a space in the business world, in his early teenage years when he accidentally helped expand a business firm using his ideas and methodologies. He recognised the potential in him, which eventually lead to creating his own company at the age of 18.
Due to the time he devised on expanding his business, he was able to create some signature ideas to help promote his business, that he later decided to make use in helping his neighbouring companies to expand and flourish their business. He was particularly focused on gathering consumer insights, monitor how people react to a specific message or offer, and communicate that feedback back to the business. He helped create integrated campaigns than run across several channels to increase the customer engagement for several businesses.
When asked about his success mantra, he responded merrily by saying that, ” Although I had determination and focus on my career, I was quite careful about maintaining the determination to succeed. I didn’t have any coach or mentors to drive me in the right path or point out the wrongs to me. I had to go through quite some struggle in order to rectify my mistakes and therefore learning to not lose hope and determination on the way. I learned from the life advices of many entrepreneurs, but I followed my own path, that was unique in its own ways. That sure is the one reason behind everything that I am now.”
Now, he is on his way to procure the best of his achievement by putting his life and soul into it. It takes real effort and hardwork to bring about a proper outcome out of the job that you’re intended to finish. Keeping the creative aura right around him, he aspires to see himself among the many business inspirations from India.
