Please tell us about your new single.
My new single is called ‘This Time’. It’s a throwback pop song with early 2000’s vibes in it. This was the music I grew up listening to and I always wanted to do a song in this genre.
The song is about a couple who were previously in a relationship, but i didn’t work out that well so they broke up. And now years later, they are willing to give their relationship another chance.
Who is the writer and the producer of this song?
The song was written and produced by Simon Ellis. I got in contact with Simon Ellis, because he mixed and mastered another song of mine, which will be featured on my debut album ‘Hidden Thoughts’ (coming this year). After we worked together on that song, he showed me this song and I immediately loved it.
I made some minor changes so it would fit my style and I was looking for the perfect singer to sing this amazing song.
Is it true that Anna Bea is singing this song?
Yes, that’s true. The very talented young singer/songwriter Anna Bea from the UK is singing the song. She caught my attention while i was listening to her EP she released in November 2020 called ‘Wheel of Change’. I love her songs and her voice is beautiful too. So I reached out to her and luckily, she was down to do the song together with me.
When will it be released?
The song will be released on May 14th.
