How she went from a medical professional to a model and actor is an interesting read.
Since decades, strong headed and determined women from across India have made their distinct mark in various fields, from medicine to sports to entertainment, their stellar achievements have brought much honour to the country. The numbers of women achievers in the country is so vast that if we start counting and writing names, we would run out of pages.
Out of the many women who achieved stars and have paved their own path to success is Aarya Jadhav, who has not only done exceptionally well in her former profession as a medical specialist, but is now aiming for the top slot in her modelling and acting career. What made Aarya Jhadav change paths drastically is interesting to know. Let’s take a glimpse at her career graph and how she adapted to changes in her journey to pursue her passion.
Aarya was always interested in the creative field but had to go the traditional way to kick-start her career after completing her bachelors in homeopathic medicine from an esteemed institute in Pune, which was followed by management verification from IIM, Bangalore, in business Analytics. Her job assignment landed her in East African countries like Kenya, while working for a healthcare non-profit organizations where she was employed.
However, her mind was constantly searching for better opportunities out of her scope of work, which wasn’t related to the medical field. Glamour and entertainment industry was what Jhadav was drawn towards and wanted to desperately gain entry in that realm.
Eventually, she decided to give it a try and landed up in the United States to try her luck where her heart was. “During the initial days I had to go through sleepless nights and had to work through a series of odd jobs to stand still to establish my career, but opportunities opened up gradually, and I grabbed them at the right time,” says Aarya.
While pursuing her modelling and acting career, Aarya Jhadav simultaneously worked upon toning her body and within months of hard work emerged with a six-pack muscular physique which landed her some plum modelling assignments for some big brands. Soon she got her big break as a lead role in a 17-minute short film called Hitchhiker and that marked the start of her career in the entertainment industry.
Presently she is working with one of the biggest agencies Cast Station and has a number of interesting projects lined up which will see the light of the day soon. Stay tuned for more on this powerhouse of talent in the near future.
