Business owner, entrepreneur, and activist for bringing joy to peoples lives, Alexandra Castle, has the blueprint and recipes to developing a successful reputable brand, additionally helping people along the way. Castle has been able to follow her passion and with hard work, staying consistent and building strong relationships, turn a hobby into a career. Alexandra Castle Art is an original art company, that offers original prints, and in addition, an apparel line with custom designs that uses the most quality material and the most cared for production.
As someone who has always loved supporting local small business and being an advocate for various causes, whether it’s fundraising, donations, or providing awareness, Castle has used her talents and her generosity to continue to do exactly that. Castle explains, “My mindset is based off of the principles that when I am in a situation to help people, I do in whatever capacity they need and I am able to provide”.
Alexandra Castle resides in Southern California where she credits the landscape and exposure to various forms of art from a young age, to build her skills and experience to help create a name for herself in art retail and philanthropic work. Since graduating from The University of Southern California she has been able to take her education in communication and design and put it in practicality by launching her own line and doing art shows to raise money for safe shelters for the youth.
Alexandra Castle’s early struggles in life, helped motivate her every step of the way to where she is now. Through early trauma, she was able to realize how connected everything in life is. How one person’s actions affect everything around them. She explains “It was frustrating to not have a voice in these situations, so I stated creating my art style as a way to express myself, to represent how connected everything and everyone is in life”.
By having this clear perspective, Castle knew that life came with challenges and obstacles, all of which she was ready to face head on. She goes on to explain that staying humble, a consistent routine, and a strong support system, both personally and professionally, anything is possible. She explains, “I have a schedule set every day and weekly goals that I set for myself. And even though I work for myself, I always make sure wake up early”. She believes she wouldn’t be where she is without her family who she holds very close and makes sure she portrays that in the work that she does both on the canvas and off. She continues, “every day I find at least one thing to be grateful for, even if I am having the worst day. It helps keep me balanced and reminds me to be appreciative”.
Her work isn’t finished yet. She says, “I am still making my name in the industry. I focus on providing happiness and joy to my clients and seeing that keeps me motivated and keeps me wanting to keep growing my brand”. The advice she gives to others looking to grow and become an influential force in the industry, is by surrounding yourself with likeminded winners. “Build a support group around yourself. Having positive people around you who want to see you succeed, will help you see past all the negatives and see all your accomplishments”.
