Andrey Qval Kovalev is one such name who has conquered the entertainment space as an actor, director and owner of a hugely successful video production house which has done fabulous work around the entertainment space.
Andrey hails from Rostov-on-Don where he has spent around 19 years of his life, later moving to Moscow to work with Russian superstar artists and making music videos, and advertisements for commercial brands. At 21, he moved to Dubai, which kick-started his journey into the world of entertainment. Within no time, he aced as a filmmaker, director and actor. Apart from leading a successful career, he also pursues his hobby of creating vines, doing humourous sketches with local Dubai internet celebrities.
Andrey recalls how, at the age of 13, he took a professional camera in his hands and has since then worked day and night to secure a career revolving around the camera. What started as a hobby, shooting at weddings and doing studio portraits, turned into a fully blown professional career which has taken him to towering heights of success. At 21 when he landed in Dubai, he had around 2,000 dollars in his pocket, a camera and a stabilizer. Qval Film was founded by him after years of hard work and perseverance, which he managed to get at the top of the game in due course of time.
“Qval Film is a full-cycle video production agency which makes promotional videos, music videos and is also equipped to make full length films. Our projects are executed across the United Arab Emirates, Europe and Russia. Till date we have completed more than 500 projects which has taken our standing to the next level,” says Andrey who wants to excel in the entertainment space with his extraordinary finesse in the craft of film making, acting and directing.
