David Mitchell, better known as Call Me Hood, is a musician, producer, director, entrepreneur, actor, investor, and online celebrity. Mitchel was born in Omaha, NE, and raised in Los Angeles. In addition to his rap songs and prank calls, he is most recognized for his comedic videos. For his music style that resonates with the fans, Call Me Hood became an overnight sensation in 2015. While drawing inspiration from hip-hop artists like as 2Pac, Baby Keem, Lil Wayne, and Soulja Boy as well as Kendrick Lamar, he has made a name for himself in the mainstream music industry.
He’s been putting out music from the beginning, and it’s accessible anywhere you can listen to music online, from YouTube to Spotify to iTunes. In addition to prank call videos, Call Me Hood also posts them on YouTube.

Baby Keem, one of his main sources of inspiration, reached out to Call Me Hood on Instagram and the rest is history. Since then, Call Me Hood’s fan base and career have grown steadily. Since then, Call Me Hood has set up his own record label called Share fruit records LLC. He has also begun making his own instrumentals as well as editing video clips for his songs.
