- Test your software: Proper allocation of time must be given to a lot of testing, especially for bugs in software, suggests Shah. Before your customers get hold of your software or an app, features must be taken care of & should be looked after their proper working to impress your customers.
- Assign only the required number of people in a project: Keeping in mind the kind of project you are working, you must always assign only the required number of members in the project. Adding too many or assigning too less people might not help you turn your project into a successful one, believes Shah.
- Planning is the most vital: Shah says that to turn any business into a lucrative venture, one must always first focus on proper layout & planning of the same. After doing excellent research work, you must put light on the staff, time constraints, budget & resources. At the end of the day, it is the correct planning of the entire project that can lead to the overall success of a firm.
Shah urges startups to understand that projects can fail easily, but it is the simple steps they can take that can save them from failures & determine their abilities & capabilities as an entrepreneur & as a startup.
