David Fichman, a young entrepreneur and founder of Bootcamp, shares how he made a name for himself in the industry at just twenty-two years-of-age.
David Fichman pondered upon the idea of ‘Bootcamp’ after he finally found his calling. After years of trying to find a sense of purpose and wanting to make a change in the world and how society perceives it, David realized that the answer to his longing was quite simple: empathy and understanding. It was when David landed in Cyprus and built his media company that he discovered how much he enjoyed connecting with the employees he was in charge of. David knew what he wanted to do when he heard the four words for the first time, “you’ve changed my life.” He quit his business and founded Bootcamp.
Bootcamp is a place where people can find solace in being understood and heard, and where problems like gambling, depression, and family issues can be addressed openly without any fear of judgments.
“This was achieved by the relationship I have with my employees and in the work environment that we share with each other. Our company really works as a family unit, and the levels of trust that we have for each other has guaranteed our success,” says David Fichman, when asked about his immense success at a young age.
Unlike most people in the industry, David wears his heart on-his sleeve. He operates from a place of complete honesty-and compassion and always prioritizes the needs of others over his. His empathy and will to learn and grow differentiates him from the rest of his contemporaries in the industry.
