Missouri based artist Amaru Son is on the rise with his track “Lost & Found” amassing millions of streams worldwide. His appealing melodic sound is similar to popular artists such as Juice WRLD and XXXTENTACION.
Amaru writes about his battle with depression, dealing with anxiety, and other countless heartbreaks in his past relationships. All of these things shaped the artist he is today.
Before the music, Ja’Kealon Amaru Chase, aka Amaru Son, was a person who loved the dynamics of track and field. He quickly started to fall out of it after being in college for a semester in 2016 and realizing that this isn’t something he wanted to do for the rest of his life. After making that difficult decision of leaving college he came across people who loved to make music and took inspiration from them to get started on making his own songs.
2019 was the year that everything started going well for Amaru Son. His songs started to get recognized by popular Youtubers like Tommy Craze and Im Dontai. This gave him the start he needed and Amaru been on the rise ever since. We’re expecting to see another project and more singles from this artist in 2020 with big names in the music industry.
