Born and raised in Pittsburgh, he began his career in the sports industry working with professional athletes and sports teams. After almost a decade working with the top franchises and athletes in the game, he made his way out to Los Angeles to pursue working in the Entertainment Industry, starting with Robert Downey Jr. After his time with Downey and his team he went to Warner Bros. to manage their digital marketing campaigns for TV, Film and Catalog titles, winning 3 CLIO Awards during his tenure (Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, The LEGO Batman Movie, KONG: SKULL ISLAND).
Currently, he produces projects ranging from feature films to content for digital distribution (Studio Marketing Campaigns, Influencer Campaigns, Online Advertisements), manages talent (athletes, artists, creatives, and influencers), and speaks around the world at universities, summits, and industry-related events.

Why are these virtues important in business?
Empathy is needed in day-to-day life, especially when interacting with others. Too many people today only care about themselves and don’t care to take the time to “concern” themselves with others. You have to genuinely care and take the time to try to understand how others are feeling in a given situation by putting yourself in their “shoes”.
Kindness helps build and maintain relationships as well as impact the lives and well-being of the people you interact with. Kindness can be something you say or do, from a compliment to giving a gift. Simple acts of kindness can go a long way as we all have the opportunity to make a difference in this world, IF we care enough to do so.
Lastly, is Value – Brad’s career was built on his desire and focus on adding value to others. When he is producing, he is serving a talented team of creatives to help bring a project to life. When he is managing, he is serving the talent and helping them build their brands for success now and in the future. How To Be A Leader Like Brad
Do you want to be a leader? Do you want to show exemplary leadership skills to your team? Just because you’re in a leadership position, does not mean you are a “leader” and just because you aren’t in a leadership position, does not mean you can’t be a leader.
A leader is someone who puts others before themselves, educates and empowers the people around them and leads by example. A big problem in business today is that the majority of people we’ve put in leadership positions are not good leaders. They lack compassion, empathy, and kindness and are too caught up in their own egos and personal “agendas” that their teams suffer because of it. At the end of the day, leadership is all about service and understanding that the people around you don’t serve you, you serve them – You are serving your team, agencies, contractors, etc., and providing whatever is needed to assist, empower and elevate.
Remember, you don’t have to be in a leadership position to be a leader – Be there for those in need, help where you can, and instill confidence into those who desperately need it. If we all practiced empathy, kindness, and compassion, the world would be a much better place.
