Cornelius Webb, or better known by Ryte Eye Ty, was born and raised in Pampano Beach, FL, where he grew up in a household surrounded by music at all times. With everything from Gospel to Country, Ty became a lover of all genres, which influenced his own style. Beginning to write music at the age of 13, Ty quickly realized his purpose in life.
Throughout his career, Ty has been in various groups like Adonai Reigns and City on a Hill, and eventually pursued a career as a solo artist and songwriter in 2016 after a brief hiatus from music.
Ty explains that the music industry often leads you to deal with dishonest people, which was a challenge at first. He states that he asked the Universe to lead him to the right people, which is exactly what happened. Looking back now, Ty believes that his hard work and dedication are what took him so far in his career, but also the solid group of people that he was able to surround himself with.
