Indian-American entrepreneur and CEO, Nitin Khanna, is making news for his entrepreneurial spirit in various industries. After arriving in the US at the age of 17, Nitin Khanna took a master’s degree in engineering at Purdue University. Post the completion of his graduation, Nitin Khanna started working for International Paper and Oracle and after this, he launched his first company with the name ‘Saber Software’ in partnership with his brother Karan. Saber Software was started as a custom software development company but later on, it offered its services to modernize election equipment and manage elections in over 25 states in the US.
After this, Khanna along with his brother established MergerTech, an investment bank for mobile software businesses. Not just this, Nitin Khanna also managed to spot a huge potential of growth in the cannabis industry and he introduced his first cannabis company, Cura in 2015. In addition to this, he also led the acquisition of the company, Select, in the very next year.
Apart from running his different businesses and making investments in other ventures, Nitin Khanna is also involved in philanthropic activities on a large scale. Currently, he is running a wellness company, Sentia Wellness in the world of CBD and it is working with its brand, Social CBD. According to Nitin Khanna, he learned the value of cash, negotiations and collections, managing growth and expansion from his uncles during his growing years. He has also added that all this knowledge is helping him succeed in today’s business world.
