This software solution enables Toyota to focus on improving the business performance and in boosting its productivity. This in turn will enhance Toyota’s customer satisfaction.
Infosys said that- “As the development partner for global telematics solutions, we will enable remote monitoring and diagnostic capabilities, including vehicle access control, system maintenance, condition sensing and location tracking of Toyota’s subsidiary in the US.“
Infosys already has tons of experience in this sector and is well equipped to handle Toyota’s needs. It will provide better service and improve its after sales experiences for consumers in the forklift industry.
It’s not just that, Infosys is all set on providing it with the SAP application as well. SAP provides maintenance services to the Toyota arm. It helps with smart governance and higher productivity. And this provides customer satisfaction.
Jasmeet Singh, who is the Global head of Infosys, said that Toyota took an incredibly intelligent step to transform their business. Interaction between teams is better through GTS, and it adds insight to the business.
