I have been interviewing an inspirational streamer also gamer whom most of you know, the famous streamer who got over a million views on her videos, Mia Plays.
I talked to her about the reasons why she started streaming, her favorite game, and other interesting subjects that we are curious to know.
-Hi, Kimia, would you please introduce yourself to people who don’t know about your personal life?
+Hi, I’m Kimia Ravangar, but the internet knows me as Mia from my Youtube, Twitch, and Instagram Mia Plays, where I make and share content about pretty much all of my interests in life; gaming, vlogs, and lifestyle!
-What was your life like before Mia Plays?
+Well, I had just graduated from Tehran University and had a bachelor degree in Industrial Design, I was freelancing in that area and also graphic design and in my spare time wrote game reviews in a notebook, hoping to one day start a blog which later turned into my first ever uploaded videos.
-What is your favorite memory or achievement in your work?
+Well, the main goal of opening an Instagram and Youtube account was to share bits of gameplays, my day-to-day life, and fun stuff on the internet with a bunch of people because I never felt like I belonged.
Therefore the main achievement would be this community that for four years has been there for me.
I also am the most followed Iranian Twitch channel which, considering that I haven’t even been streaming for a year yet, is kind of huge to me.
A favorite memory would be my first live stream because I have stage fright and didn’t think I could do it, but as soon as I started the live stream, I left all my fears behind and tried to do my best which was exciting, to be honest!
-What is your favorite game to stream?
+Fortnite, I used to play a lot of Rainbow Six Siege before, but Fortnite is my main game at the moment.
