It takes a great deal of effort to start from scratch and build a dynasty of your own, with ideas that make anyone bow before you for the completeness and uniqueness in it. Kazim Khan, the owner of “Exalter group”, a construction company who is well known among the people of Delhi and Northern India, brings about wholesome ideas that is intended to raise the bar for his contemporaries.
He was born and brought up in the city of Mumbai, among the stories of the biggest Entrepreneurs in the history of Indian entrepreneurship. Growing up hearing the tales of success of various entrepreneurs who began their journey from the same city, the idea of becoming a businessman was planted in the mind of little Kazim way back in his teenage years.
But Kazim’s leap for a career, where he could find his true self and utilise his potential to the maximum, was in the early 20’s. Building on the dream of a normal middle class man who had a lot to chase before he came to a hault, needed a great deal of confidence and energy to push forward. Indeed, as Kazim says, it was not just his efforts that paid off, but the constant support from his family and friends, which made all the difference.
Kazim is a family man and associates every milestone of his career with his parents who has always been a great inspiration for him to rise up from the ashes of failure that he had to ensure on his way. Being the owner of another firm, which deals with the import and export of items, Himas Impex was the result of the ideologies that he gained from his parents and friends. Without whom, Kazim says he would have been instated at the same position where he had started.
Standing out from his rivals and creating a definition that nobody could ever par with him, was the basic idea of Kazim that kept him highly motivated at all times. Revolutionary ideas had always been a thing for Kazim, considering his childhood curiosities that never got fulfilled. It is the exact same curiosity that drives him forward.
“What’s there to life, if we don’t ask questions”, is what Kazim has to respond to the queries of the childishness in him. As far he’s concerned, the kid in him that constantly is in an urge to correct himself over questions and doubts that he asks himself is the biggest stepping stone to inventory methods in business for Kazim, which further adds up to a business that has a hint of uniqueness to offer to the ones eho come for it.
