For a family man with his wife Louise, and two sons, Bav has committed not only to his family, but to all the businesses he manages and owns as well! Work Ethics and Conduct
Bav Majithia always encompassed noble characteristics towards his work ethics. When he was only a young child, Bav already showed his industrious side to his Ugandan mother and Kenyan father, who owned a traditional convenience store in Wigston, a small town just south of Leicester. Rather than spending his holidays abroad or simply relaxing, Bav acted responsibly and would offer his parents all the help around their store.
Although college was not meant for Bav, he was determined to make a successful career out of himself in London. So, at only 21 years old, he packed his reliable air mattress to ensure he has something to sleep on and headed to the new city from Leicester. Fortunately for Bav, his instincts and determination lead him in the right direction. He was an excellent employee and proved himself to the companies he worked for.
His talent in sales made significant positive changes for the company from 40 phones a day to 1,000 phones a day. He was also able to learn plenty of other skills that allows him to successfully manage businesses. To exemplify, besides his talent in sales, Bav’s main focus was not on money, but on people. He knew the team behind any business was an asset, therefore, he learned to motivate and instill loyalty in them. Bav’s work ethics generally consisted of hard work, determination, and appreciation of like-minded individuals who surrounded him.
Bav’s Motivation as an Entrepreneur
It is commonly known that a person’s daily habits can lead to greater possibilities for achieving their goals. A man like Bav Majithia follows a strict routine that he incorporates into his daily routine. He starts his day early right before 6 AM, quickly reviewing his agenda for the day before heading to the gym for his daily workout. After taking care of his physical health, Bav gets ready to head to the office, while he catches up on numerous phone calls with the team on his way there. With 4 office locations, Bav also faces the challenge of working in different time zones. After a long day in the office, where he is usually based in Weybridge, Bav always makes sure he still has time to spend with his family and relaxation.
Bav’s success in keeping himself organized is comprised of following a logical and systematic approach in all aspects of his businesses. According to Bav, in order to stay motivated throughout his entrepreneurial journey, he seeks out challenges that he attempts to overcome. He creates small goals on a regular basis and strives to attain them. Overall, Bav Majithia’s greatest joy comes from growing multiple companies with the talented teams within them.
