Leicester, UK – Leicester conveyancing firm, My Home Move, has merged with The Simplify Group to form a new firm known as Simplify. The decision to collaborate with its rival is taken to create a “powerhouse.” In the resultant firm, Simplify, there are four regular property law firms namely, Property Lawyers, DC Law, JS Law, and Premier Property Lawyers.
My Home Move, which processed 130,000 conveyancing completions in 2018, was looking to invest in service and technology in order to increase the scale in the coming years. The headquarters of Simplify is situated at My Home Move’s Leicester Campus and it contains over 450 employees in it. A total of more than 1500 employees work at eight UK sites and other locations in the UK. The new company started its work from 15th March and it is now led by David Grossman, who was previously the CEO of The Simplify Group.
