Over 100 people appeared to participate in the Chick-fil-A sponsored First 100 Campout event on the evening of October 9. Chicken lovers showed their presence with a high level of excitement to win free food for every week throughout a year. Chick-fil-A organizes this 12-hour overnight campout, on the grand opening of each of its restaurants. Chick-fil-A is opening its branches at the International level and people participate in mycfavisit sweepstakes survey to reveal their views about this food brand.
Sign-up for the campout event started at 6 pm and people who made it until 6 am were given gift cards with 52 Chick-fil-A meals for a year. The marketing team of the food chain company made special arrangements for people to entertain them to the fullest. Campers set up their tents and chairs in the restaurant parking lot and they were entertained for the whole night. People were treated to music, prize giveaways and games to give them an opportunity to enjoy the campout.
People who took part in the campout event were also treated to a dinner of Chick-fil-A sandwiches and chips. In addition to this, they were served chocolate chunk cookies and milk for dessert. Dozens of almost 125 team members were hired at the restaurant to prepare meals for the participants. The determination of participants eligible to win gift cards was done by local zip codes. However, no restrictions were put on guests to join their friends for the evening.
After attending the event, participants expressed that they were able to make new friends and learn new things from them. People were made to wake at 5 am for a bathroom break and after that, they were taken across a red carpet by the Chick-fil-A cow to receive their pre-loaded meal gift cards from franchise owner Rob Meier.
