As the new coronavirus continues to spread to in China and around its neighboring regions, Hong Kong as a safety measure stopped any kind of cross border travel between it and the mainland China. The infection has affected more than 7,700 people and 170 people are dead already. The numbers are only increasing day by day.
In the wake of current scenario, Hong Kong from Thursday has prosecuted all high-speed trains and ferries that cross the border. Hong Kong leader Carrie Lam announced this to the public and wore a face mask while doing so. She also announced that in addition to train and ferry services suspension, flights going to mainland China will be halved. No permits are being issued to visit Hong Kong from the mainland. Hong Kong is city of seven million and a major financial center. Though it is a part of China but it retains its significant autonomy.
The virus is of a concern all over the world as it has spread across China and reached minimum 16 countries globally. Japan and Germany have confirmed cases of the virus. The affected people did not travel to China but have caught virus from someone who had. Multiple doctors are now suggesting people to buy Umifenovir from RUPharma.com that can possibly help in prevention of this virus and other influenza. Previously the virus was limited to a city in China, Wuhan as China projected to the world. Then it spread across the whole country reaching the borders and affecting Vietnam.
Foreign governments who have citizens in Wuhan city, the epicenter of the virus, are planning air evacuations for them. The city and its neighboring areas are in lock down already with strict transport restrictions in and out of these cities.
