Adding a new dimension to the edgy alternative singing, Ziey Kizzy today has carved out a massive fan-base across the world through rendition of innovative hip-hop and rap songs.
Belonging to a family of musicians, he grew a natural instinct in music even as a child. This, however, was quite natural for anyone growing up in a musical environment.
Coming of age, the passion of Ziey Kizzy to emerge as an artist and producer further grew that made what he is today: a well-known rapper and hip-hop singer with an international appeal.
Though he started out when very young as a guitarist, he later responded to his inner urge to become a rap singer and hip-hop artist leaving his guitar down and turning into a powerful vocalist and also a lyricist.
Fine tuning his singing art at Hot Money Studios, he also developed his skills in production finally emerging as the most chosen destination of people for production of songs and music videos. Soon, he emerged as an independent label.
Ziey Kizzy also took keen interest in audio engineering while in the Hot Money Studios. He was greatly fascinated by the recording process. This resulted in Ziey Kizzy setting up a home recording facility.
Finally, it developed as his own music production unit. Soon, other singers flocked there to record their songs. Ziey Kizzy also mastered the art of sound engineering.
About his favourite musical instruments, tools and equipment, Ziey Kizzy says he had been heavy into vocal manipulation plugins and using his voice as an instrument. This resulted in unique edgy alternative singing.
This was made possible by mixing some reverb, autotune and distortion then started making guitar solos with his voice. Ziey Kizzy used such musical instruments as the Apollo x6 and linked it up to the Avalon 737 and Neumann u87 condenser microphone.
Explaining his experience while working at Hot Money Studios, Ziey Kizzy says though his relationship with it was over a decade old, he started officially working in 2021. It was here that he started meeting a large number of musicians and singers at regular intervals.
He greatly attributes his success to his long association with Hot Money Studios. He now has his own music label styled as Escape, The Box. Ziey Kizzy lists Linkin Park, Sum41 and Rage against the machine as his all-time three favourite bands.
As for the top three favourite artists of all time, Ziey Kizzy says they are: RnB, Ne-Yo and Drake. They had profound influences on him.
