Successful entrepreneur and founder of THRV Digital, Steven Correa, highlights the desire to do everything with passion as his secret to success
Steven Correa is a 25-year-old graduate of computer engineering from the Florida International University. As a first-generation American, Steven first hand that the only way to overcome the challenges faced by his immigrant parents was to make a name for himself in any sphere of life he featured. Like most young Americans, Steven had the mindset that the only path to success was a college education. Consequently, he enrolled at Florida International University to pursue my bachelor’s. However, he always had an eye for entrepreneurship and eventually launched his agency after graduation.
THRV Agency was created as a full-stack creative agency focusing on software development and Design. Since the launch of the company, Steven Correa and his team have grown in leaps and bounds, helping clients to bring their vision to life. The young, ingenious entrepreneur recently revealed the secret to his success in an interview.
“The secret is doing everything with passion. Every client comes from a different background and lifestyle, and I always prioritize bringing THEIR vision to life. I want every single one of my clients to enjoy the process, so I make sure our communication is pristine and that they are heard in every step we take,” said Steven Correa.
Steven’s passion has always reflected in his job, which has endeared him to tons of businesses across different industries worldwide. “There are many things I value as the CEO of my business, but what I love most is the creative freedom my clients grant me. I truly enjoy the creative process and the fact that no project is the same. On Monday I may create software innovating in the AR space and the next day I’m rebranding an entire company’s image. No matter what, my clients are always grateful and their expectations are always exceeded,” Steven said.
