Chef Cristian Marino, an Italian chef, began his career in Calabria, Italy, where his parents used to run their own restaurant.
Now, from being an executive chef with over 2 decades of experience and in different countries around the world, he has now turned to an author; with publishing 2 masterpieces till this date.
This brilliant chef had to face many obstacles to make sure everything in his life goes perfectly. His experience as an executive chef in different countries has made him as professional as someone who had spent his whole life in cooking.
However, the whole year of 2019 was very uncomfortable for Cristian as he had to face many problems amidst the pandemic. Which included the incident when he was locked up in a secret room-prison at the airport in Kuala Lumpur due to Covid-19. This is when Cristian tackled with the Malaysian authorities for almost 24 hours and was kept with other victims in a very lonely environment.
And it’s not finished yet….
Who wouldn’t like to know more about what happened next and how Cristian overcame these unexpected moments and how he challenged the COVID-19 to stay healthy using optimistic life approach.
Post pandemic, Cristian planned to write a book on his journey spent across different countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, Bucharest, Dubai and Calabria, during the pandemic. After which, he decided to launchhis first book, namely ‘The “Recipes” of my Smile’.Which was followed by launching his new special edition of the book ‘The Black and White Smile”.
