A nineteen year old from Missouri named Cameron Howard, is now a successful business man in the industry who now lives in Miami. While Cameron took many risks and sacrifices starting his own companies, he believes it is all worth it in the end and that it has all already paid off. With that being said Cameron understands there are always risks within the business industry. He says that there will never be guarantees in life and especially in business. Cameron believes it is up to the individual themselves to believe in themselves and work hard to get their business to the top. Cameron credits risk for being able to learn so much throughout his journey. He says that when he first started working and creating, he was sacrificing his time for things he used to do, with things that required his company to grow. Cameron says the time he has sacrificed has all paid off now that he has the financial freedom he has always dreamed of.
When looking into the future, Cameron wants to be able to look back on this entire experience and be able to notice that he did something to change the way society looks at businesses. He wants to be recognized for his work that was done outside of the norm and that he made a success out of stepping outside the box.
Although his dreams are still coming true, there are many hard things that come with running such a large business. The amount of clients that come in and out are something that Cameron has to deal with. He says he will turn down customers if their beliefs do not align with his, and if they are asking him to do something out of his comfort zone. Although this happens very rarely, Cameron attempts to ensure that all individuals see the importance of individuality and seeing the importance of growing your own personal brand.
