Adam Meskouri started his first social media page during his freshman year of highschool. Now a rising senior, he’s collected a following of 2 million fans across a multitude of pages. Specifically, Adam co-owns entities on instagram such as @Eng.Technology and @DunksX. He uses his large following to execute his favorite form of expansion: networking.
Networking is defined as a socioeconomic business activity by which businesspeople and entrepreneurs meet to form business relationships and to recognize, create, or act upon business opportunities, share information and seek potential partners for ventures.
Meskouri believes that the most important growth-in any area, can be achieved through collaboration with like-minded peers. In fact, the majority of his projects involve partners. Based on his previous experiences, creating lasting bonds with other content creators has helped Adam continue his own journey to social media prominence.
A strong believer in the importance of networking, Adam Meskouri states “There’s always going to be an issue, and there’s always going to be someone who is perfectly fitted to help you fix it. It’s like a puzzle, and you need to bring in all the necessary pieces to succeed”.
When he first started his social media work, Adam was amazed at the amount of people who shared his mindset. Upon noticing this, it didn’t take him long to find a partner for his endeavors. Since then, Adam has managed to grow and network alongside his friends and fellow influencers. Through his years on social media platforms, he’s managed to establish and collaborate with a large pool of creators, with each connection opening a new door for him.
Meskouri notes “Whenever I encounter a problem with one of my projects, I know that I have a large network of people who can help me find a simple solution. Having this web allows me to access resources I wouldn’t be able to previously work with. Even if it’s something simple, like needing a logo or a connection to a large influencer, it makes my plans less complicated”.
Adam Meskouri hopes to encourage smaller creators to collaborate and work with others who share the same aspirations. He states “When thinking about networking, it’s important to emphasize the possibility aspect”. In the words of Michelle Jennae, “Networking is not about just connecting people. It’s about connecting people with people, people with ideas, and people with opportunities.”
